Roasting Machines

We have partnered with ALFTECH to manufacture a line of coffee roasting machines. Our first all electric Coffee Roasting Machine is in prototype stage and will be ready soon. Our sample shop roasting machine is designed with the aim to produce the most consistent roast.

Provisional Specification:

• 1.5 kg Batch Roasting;
• 16 A, 230 v Electrical Supply;
• Integral Roast Control Computer with roast data logging (triggered by opening of Coffee Bean hopper to load the next batch, and then by the opening of the Roaster discharge door);
• USB communications with MS Windows based batch profile creation software (included at no extra charge);
• Integral batch logging for detailed quality/repeatability analysis and accounting (requires USB connected MS Windows based PC);
• Digital computer controlled and maintained Roaster heat profile. The Roaster accurately maintains the preselected roast temperature, or follows a pre-programmed (and selected) roast profile;
• Easily visible batch countdown timer and "Roast Ready" alarm;
• Integral Cyclone chaff separator, with heat energy recovery for improved thermal efficiency;
• Integral post roasting cooler with dedicated cooling circuitry. Manual or Automatic operation (triggered by opening the Roaster discharge door);
• Shop roasting model offers Foot Mount (stand-alone frame) or Floor Mount (required bolt-in-floor attachment) options;
